Heavy Rope Training is unique tool that we use to develop strength and endurance.  The routine helps develop both arm and overall upper body strength, utilizing muscles that are often neglected in traditional strength training such weight lifting, etc.

This is one of the many strength and endurance techniques that we will use in your Muay Thai Training.  Keep in mind that nothing beats the results that you will obtain from actually sparring rounds.
